All Middlebridge Cars were built on Galvanised chassis and should there be any rust I would look very closely for previous accident damage and a poor quality repair.

While restoring my Middlebridge I did find that although my chassis was in A1 condition a lot of the mild steel components attached to it had suffered very bad tin worm.
