The green covers on my old bulbs had shot it. I bought new bulbs and then some green paint that you put on and then bake in the oven. I kid not, mounted in of all things a potato. Did not look very green so did it twice. Very green but dim. Tried just one coat and no better. Ended up with just white bulbs.

I thought that there must be something out there. Direct fit for speedometer and rev counter. 4 LED's per bulb that light up green. Very bright and you can actually see the instruments. Cost about £9 for four bulbs off ebay. Posted from Hong Kong and got here in three days. Just finishes the dash off nicely at night.
