Despite being told these were NLA I managed to get one from Nigel at QRG. It is a FAE A02U 37960 switch also listed as:-

£36 from QRG however the same switch can be bought by the shovel full on Ebay for less than £15ea.

And for the record the operating range is 95/90deg, 100/95deg.
