Middlebridge 45
This car was purchased by her second owner in August 1994 with only 7,000 miles on the clock and was used daily until 1999 when the 100,000 milestone was reached. It was then laid up as a restoration project in spite of there being very little wrong with the car paint wise or mechanically, The car has been running on a set of Wolfrace rims for most of it's life and the owner still has the OE Middlebridge Alloys that are in as new condition. The car is in sound condition, runs very well and is about to go For -Sale via this site. [04/10]
MB 45 has now found a new enthusiastic owner and has also returned to the Notts area where She was hand built some 22 years ago, She is currently being returned to her former glory with new paint, carpets, headlining etc and her new owner will of course be bringing her to MB events in the future. It will be great to finally see this car as She has been hibernating for far too long!! [01.11]
[13.06.14] Middlebridge No 45 made her debut appearance Post Restoration at Autokarna, Nottingham. 01.06.14 (see events area) and boy did she look good her gleaming paintwork was gorgeous in the sun , she was sporting a new lovely grey leather interior and has had a few subtle modifications and has been converted from auto to manual. We loved the chrome trim on the wing mirrors and that engine bay is a pure work of art with the wiring etc all tidied / re-routed leaving the engine bay very uncluttered and clean in appearance.
[05.18] No 45 was reluctantly offered For Sale & Sold via the Middlebridge website. She has104000 miles but underwent a major restoration at 102000 miles in 2013 with no expense spared. MB45 gained a concourse 1st in 2014 on the Middlebridge 25th anniversary at Gatcombe Park, the home of HRH Princess Ann. The car is finished in Mazda Aurora met Blue and trimmed in Charcoal Grey leather, with heated front seats, heated front screen, high level rear brake light, switchable halo front lights, s/s exhaust and petrol tank. MB45 has a substantial history file plus a CD of the body restoration pics. This car is a show winner and a dream to drive.
[23.05.18] We met up with No 45 and her new owner at the MESS Ace Cafe gathering, the car is looking great and I'm sure she will continue to improve under her new ownership. We do look forward to seeing No 45 at MESS events in the future.
