YES there are two number 74 cars and the VIN plates are only one digit different!! The difference being that this car was built in January 1990 and the LHD dutch car was built in February 1990. Both VIN plates have been independently verified.

This U.K. car is yet to be registered with the D.V.L.A. as it was brought by Nigel at QRG on behalf of the present owner from the original Middlebridge Auction. The car was unfinished when brought and has been stored/hidden away ever since purchase. The owner does however have cartons of new items still to be fitted to the car but he is equally sure there will be a list of parts required to finished this car. Maybe, just maybe we could have a 2008/9 registered Middlebridge!!

This glitch has only come to light because the U.K. car owner found a different car in his allocated Gallery position and made contact with me. I'm really glad he did contact me, we have since met up and chatted at the NEC 2007 and I for one can't wait to see his car on the road where she belongs. [11/07]
