Now this is a rare picture taken inside the Lilacs Grove Works and what's more pictured is the only Middlebridge Convertible during it's manufacture.

Unfortunately it was never completed and was auctioned off as a body and chassis. It did have the Middlebridge rear panel for the larger rear lights and the front wing repeater apertures fitted, This Reliant GTC shell was originally L.H.D. and along with many other modifications the Guy's at Lilacs Grove chopped out the footwells and converted it to R.H.D. Graham Walker Ltd, were its first owners but unfortunately decided not to complete the build and sometime later sold it to someone in the Derbyshire area. I have now been informed that the Chassis and Body have since been separated and sold to different people. [11/07]
