Scimfest 2026 was a real success, although I could only attend on the Sunday there was a lot of autojumble stands, rolling road, autotest, bouncy castle, concours and of course the Sprint series with Anglia Motorsport, Ferrari OC and Porsche GB in attendance. I had a 5am start to be on site at 8am, the morning drive was glorious with very light traffic and beautiful weather, both elements combined to make it easier to prepare my car for the concours event. I would like to point out that one of the most important functions of Curborough is that it enables me & others to meet face to face with many people and friends annually.

As you will see from the pic's we had five cars in attendance, with two of them in the concours, (Mine and Bruce's lovely Porsche Blue MB) there should have been six cars but one car suffered from a batt flattery in the morning and the owner came in his euro box. Alan CT normally brings his electric blue Middlebridge but he needed to trailer his race car (the booze bus) for the sprint series.

General attendance was very high and I'm sure many are looking forward to next year's event and let's try and get more MB's in attendance next year.
